Amulay Discord Hacked

This is where things take a turn into the absurd. Even I find it hard to believe, but there’s proof to back it up.

The Phishing Attack

Here is the complete message thread from the Discord attack. During this time, someone impersonated me and sent emails to the developers, requesting money. They used a suspicious email address to carry out these actions. It feels surreal, but everything is documented in the exchanged messages and emails. Even Amulay received a request from someone in our Discord pretending to be me.

The Messages

As you can clearly see in the Skype messages, Amulay admits to clicking on the link that compromised his Discord account. He went into a new Discord and did something, but honestly, at this point, I don’t really care anymore. I just want to be upfront and honest about everything that happened, regardless of the past. It’s important for everyone to know the full picture, and I owe it to you all to share the truth.

You can also see that I didn’t speak to Amulay at all after that incident until January 27th, 2024. That’s when I reached out to inform him about the passing of my Pop, and to discuss wrapping up the project. Up until then, I had been focused on my personal life and taking care of my family.
