The Beginning
When we first embarked on this project, I was stepping into uncharted territory. I had no experience managing something of this scale, but I was driven by a clear vision and an unwavering commitment to make it work. Little did I know, the road ahead would be filled with unexpected hurdles and challenges that would test both my resolve and the project's direction.
Our first developer, Brian, was tasked with creating the initial NFT smart contract for what we envisioned as the Meta Moose project. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. The contract he developed had a serious flaw, one that caused the NFTs to burn unexpectedly. At the time, we had no way of foreseeing this outcome, but once it happened, it was a major setback. To make matters more complicated, Brian had also created the original TRAX token contract. After a thorough audit, we discovered that it was a failed contract, which forced us to go back to the drawing board. We had to start from scratch, creating new contracts to safeguard the integrity of the project. But more about the TRAX tokens later on.
The Moose Society

This experience pushed me to think outside the box and explore new possibilities for the project's future. That’s when I shifted my focus to the Moose Society. The Moose Society was started with a clear and meaningful purpose in mind: to create a community that could come together to make a positive impact. Our primary goal was to raise funds for the children's hospital, giving back to those who need it most. We envisioned a space where people could not only participate in a cause they believed in but also be part of something larger—an opportunity to build a supportive and vibrant community.
At the heart of the project was the idea of using NFTs and blockchain technology not just as a way to generate profit, but as a tool to create real-world value. The long-term vision was always to transition the Moose Society into something that could extend beyond the digital realm—something with tangible, real-world applications. We wanted to build a platform that not only helped children in need but also allowed members to be a part of a movement that could grow, evolve, and contribute meaningfully to society.
Ultimately, the mission of the Moose Society was about more than just creating a successful NFT project—it was about harnessing the power of community, technology, and generosity to make a difference. We hoped to bring people together, unite them under a common cause, and provide a sustainable way for everyone to contribute to a greater good.

I'm glad we did.
