Our Options

A Few Important Points:

  • I will not simply hand over the project to anyone—as some have suggested. The project has been built with considerable effort and resources, and I will not just "turn the money over."

  • Sean's Choice is Clear: Sean has made it clear that he wants no further involvement with the project and prefers to see it come to a complete end. His request is simple: repay him the remaining funds. While $2,500 may not seem like much, it's important to recognize that Sean has already contributed a total of $35,000—$20,000 initially and another $15,000 of his own money. Without his support, the project wouldn’t have gotten as far as it did.

Feasible Options:

  • Bridge the TRAX Tokens to Solana

  • Create a New Solana Meme Coin

  • Total Community Buyout

  • Shut the Project Down Completely

Options That Are Not Feasible:

  • Revamping the Project: The costs for adding the metaverse are too high, ranging from $20,000 to $100,000.

  • Handing Over the Funds: I trust you all, but not enough to give full control of the funds.

  • Handing Over the Project to Someone Else: This would only be considered if it's a buy-out.

  • Splitting the Funds Among Members: After fees, each member would receive only $0.88.

  • Buying Back the NFTs: This would only benefit a few people and isn’t the best move for the project.

Community Options:

I want to emphasize that I’m open to hearing any ideas or suggestions you all might have regarding the future of the project, as long as they are not listed in either of the lists above that I’ve already proposed. Over the past two years, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on how we can move forward, and despite thinking through many different possibilities, I have yet to come up with any other viable solutions.

That being said, if the options I’ve shared so far don’t align with your thoughts, and if no other feasible ideas come up, then we will need to proceed with Option 4 as the solution. I’m committed to finding a way forward that works for everyone, but we need to decide on a course of action.

Being Real: I’ve been deeply concerned about recouping some of the funds we’ve lost over the course of this project. The reality is, there’s not much left we can do at this point. The costs of keeping the current project running are simply too high unless we decide to halt all future development and transition into maintaining it as a community-led initiative. Even then, I understand that many would still feel uneasy about my continued involvement, given everything that’s transpired.

The options I’m considering now focus on finding ways to recoup some of the funds for the community—not just for those still active in the Discord, but for everyone who has been a part of this project. It’s crucial to me that whatever decision we make provides some form of resolution for the broader community, even if it's just a small step toward recovering some of what we’ve lost.

My End Goal: My ultimate goal is to create value from what we have left. I want to give everyone a chance to recoup some of the money they’ve invested in this project, and I aim to ensure that we can make the most of what remains. Even though the situation isn’t perfect, I believe we can still find a way forward.

Any profits generated by the project will be used to repay Sean for the significant financial contributions he’s made. My priority is to make sure that, while we may not be able to recover everything, we can still move forward in a way that benefits everyone involved.

Let me be clear: I am NOT asking anyone to invest more money into this project. That is not the goal. What I propose is utilizing the resources and assets we currently have to figure out how we can move forward, together. This means making the best of what we have left, and if we do pursue any future initiatives, they will be based on mutual agreement—not a demand for additional investments.

Any future involvement or financial contributions will be completely voluntary and up to each individual. No one will be pressured to invest more money or continue their involvement. It’s about moving forward as a community and making the best decision for everyone.

So, without further ado'
